We tailor courses to enable employees to recover and reintegrate in a sustainable manner. We develop a plan to address the cause of sick leave which combines both physical and mental experiences of stress. The employee is triggered to learn to take back control of their own life again.

We believe that early detection of possible workplace stress is essential to maintain a healthy and productive work force. Research shows that this reduces the cost of sick leave and limits the loss of productivity. We offer a broad range of preventative interventions that aim to prevent or limit sick leave due to mental health issues or stress.
Blended eHealth care
Our blended eHealth care is offers accessible support for employees with a variety of issues and/or mild complaints. The value lies in online support combined with flexible contact with a coach. This contact can be face-to-face, but also screen-to-screen, by phone or email and depends on the possibilities and wishes of the employee. All this in a safe way ensuring privacy.
Easy access to the coach increases the chance of completing an eHealth module and hence a higher chance of successful behavioral change. Our coaches are trained in the modules and offer a facilitating, motivating and positive approach. This approach aims to prevent people from ceasing treatment prematurely and increases self management and empowerment. This service is offered globally.
Examinations and diagnostics
Pre-employment medical certificates
We are specialized in clinical psychological assessments of people working in high risk industries (such as uniformed care givers and pilots). The latter concerns a specialized personality test looking at instantaneous stress tolerance as well as the tolerance around functioning under given circumstances in the long term. A standard clinical psychological examination doesn’t offer these predictions, which is the reason several companies use our services.
Periodical psychological assessments
We are also specialized in monitoring employees through periodical psychological assessments. These assessments aim to provide early detection of unbalance in psycho-emotional state of those working in high risk occupations.
Trauma care and treatment
Trauma care
We provide immediate trauma care following traumatic incidents, with the goal of preventing psych-emotional disruption in the future. We focus on providing information and guidance, normalizing personal ways of coping and the exchange of significant experiences. As a rule, the care can be provided with 12-24 hours. Special arrangements for high risk enterprises are possible.
Accident and emergency psychological aid
Accident and emergency psychological aid is a separate category within our services:
- rapid, possibly immediate care, preferably within 24 hours. Posterior care is still useful, and might even be preferable due to the possibly sensitizing effect of care given (too) soon. However, immediate care shows those involved that the employer really cares. Professional intervention has a strong preventative effect in terms of post traumatic guilt and/or stress, which can be prevalent especially amongst middle management after an incident or disaster.
- Facilitation of until then blocked emotional reactions. Normalizing employees’ reactions to events. Providing information and guidance around what symptoms and emotions can be expected.
- Crisis intervention. Suicide prevention.
- Initial assessments for the purpose of possible referral to the regular clinical healthcare sector.
- If required: Planning of follow-up to prevent possible symptoms around processing trauma.

We work closely with your organisation to formulate a workshop with topics such as: recent developments around stress management, do’s and don’ts, increasing the individuals resilience, types of stress, tools to decrease stress levels, social (insecurity) in the workplace, wellness and productivity of employees, improvement of communication, rules for feedback and communication with and between managers. This workshop can function as a seed and to motivate employees to participate in smaller future workshops.

Guided staff workshops – workshops for managers
Guided workshops is a method where a dedicated consultant creates a time for reflection for managers and team leaders. The goal of the workshop is determined in consultation with the managers, the duration is circa one year, the frequency is (bi-)monthly. The focus is on solving professional challenges, work place related issues, communication, collaboration, organisation, personal development and behavior through open and clear analysis and advice. We know from experience that this approach yields a significantly greater effect then a single workshop or course. The applicable fee is per consultant for maximum six participants. A second consultant is provided if there are more then six participants.
Mental balance scan
A coaching session of 2 hours where according to 2 common models in combination with positive psychology overview and direction is given to work life.
Coaching your life
The focus is on 5 themes: Lifestyle, dealing with feelings, body & mind balance, social interaction/communication and relaxation. Each session looks at one particular theme and formulates a specific goal for that theme. The employee is expected to actively work on this. In the long term action plan the situation in the work place is taken into consideration. In the follow-up session progress is evaluated.
