HEART

The process is enriching for both the employee as well as the company. We do this by focusing our attention on the inner motivation and passion of employees to maximise their productivity in the workplace.

Suitable for
The main focus is on increasing positive experiences such as happiness, hope and love and positive qualities such as vitality, perseverance and wisdom.

Be Connected

Body focused group coaching where we actively work with the following topics: setting boundaries, autonomy, assertiveness, self consciousness and stress management. The goal is to get insight and provide tools to achieve a healthy balance between stress and relaxation in the workplace.

Mindfulness training

The focus in mindfulness training is on becoming aware. Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, in the present moment, gently and non-judgmentally. This prevents stress and anxiety from taking over.

Self confidence increases and one becomes energised and motivated. This results in a reduction of physical and mental issues. The ultimate goal is more personal freedom. One is given many practical exercises and tools to achieve this. The mindfulness training consists of 8 sessions with a 2,5 hour duration each, as well as a day of silence. Mindfulness in ACTion

TTraining mindfulness in ACTion, 10 sessions of 1 hour and 45 minutes + course material. Training is based on a combination of mindfulness & acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Becoming aware of feelings and bodily sensations. Learning to accept that pain, anger and sorrow are an inseparable part of life. This creates space and energy to look consciously at the values with which the employee wants to give direction to his or her life and career. This enables more enthusiasm and increased motivation. There are many exercises and one is expected to actively participate (including homework assignements). Check out the diary for the next training session dates.

Personalised Mindfulness training

Through conversations and various (mindfulness) exercises you are taught to look at yourself, to recognise (re)actions and to pay attention, in the present moment, so that the choices you make are more deliberate. You become more aware of what your strengths are, what you want and how you can achieve this.

Heart math

Our heart sends signals to the brain and the other way round! The signals from the heart have a large influence on our emotions as well as our mental performance such as cognitive ability, understanding, focus and problem solving abilities. So, our heart and our brain interact continuously. Stress causes an irregular heart rhythm that impairs your mental abilities.
