There will be much practice within a regular group of participants. There will be attention for experiences around the integration of Mindfulness in day to day life. And one will receive practical tools for the application of mindfulness.
Body focussed coaching
Body focussed coaching can consist of holistic massage, psychosomatic therapy and/or running therapy. Here you learn that the key to change is the combination of feeling, insight and deeper connection with the body.
A healthy balance
A healthy balance between body, head and heart is important and life enriching. This results in more (job)satisfaction and hence better results. Our treatment plans can also be used preventively.
